How can you make a difference?

For years we've been told that if we really want to, we can change the world. In times of Trump, fake news, environmental crises and refugees the sentiment is felt even stronger: it's up to a new generation, our generation, to make a difference. Our reaction: "Sure.. but how!?" We would love to do it, but how can we make a difference? That question led us on a quest for answers and solutions.

Max is the most recent addition to the Surebuthow group. Upon graduating from Leiden University with a degree in mathematics, he started working at the systems integration group at the Wind Energy department at TNO. With regards to Surebuthow, he is responsible for the Sustainability Compass and the website as a whole. Being an “information hamster” of sorts, collecting the relevant organisations for the compass was a natural process to him. Besides busying himself with SBH-activites, he enjoys reading, running, playing tennis, and writing.
